Warm a pan and add 100 gms of raw sesame seeds to it.
Roast them on low flames till they turn light brown.

Now, grind these seeds to make a powder.
Add 100 gms of powdered raw sugar to the sesame powder and mix them well.
Store this powder in an airtight container and have it whenever you want.

How to Make Amla Murabba?
Take 500 gms of Amla and wash them. After washing, boil them for about 10 minutes.
Now, take 500 gms of sugar and add it to 3 cups of water. Heat the mixture till it forms a thick sticky syrup.
Add the boiled Amlas to the sugar syrup and let it cook for 40 minutes on low heat till the Amlas become soft.
Turn off the flames and let the mixture cool down.
Put the mixture in an airtight container for two days, and then take the Amlas out of the sugar syrup.
Now, boil this syrup again and add cardamom powder and saffron to it till the syrup thickens.
Add your Amlas once again to the syrup and let it cook on low flames for 3-4 minutes.
Now, allow your Amla Murraba to cool down before serving.
Warm Rice Drink:
This Ayurvedic snack recipe is highly beneficial for people with Vata imbalance. Since it is warm, it helps to counter the cold qualities of Vata. All the ingredients of this recipe, viz rice, dates, ghee, ginger and cardamom, are considered to be very effective in pacifying Vata Dosha.
How to Make Warm Rice Drink?
Take 1 cup of cooked rice, two dates with their seeds removed, one tablespoon of ghee, ¼ teaspoon of cardamom powder, ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder, one tablespoon of honey and 2 cups of warm water.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you receive a smooth drink.
Pour it into a glass and serve it warm.
Coconut bites are one of the best snack recipes to pacify Pitta Dosha in the body. According to Ayurveda, coconut, walnuts, dates and almonds are some of the best Pitta pacifiers, and all these ingredients are included in this recipe.
How to Make Coconut Bites?
Take ½ cup of walnuts and grind them to make a coarse powder.
Next, take four dates and remove the seeds from them. Add these dates to the walnut powder and blend them well.
Take ¼ cup of sugar syrup, ½ cup of almond butter, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Add all of these ingredients to the blender along with dates and walnut powder and blend them until you get a smooth mixture.
Now, add ½ cup of almonds and blend all the ingredients again.
Once all the ingredients are combined well, make 8-10 balls from this mixture.
Now, take 2 cups of shredded unsweetened coconut and roll the balls in it.
Put all the balls in an airtight container and let them freeze for some time.
Baked Apples with Ginger and Cinnamon:
This Ayurvedic snack recipe is best for people with Kapha imbalance. Apples help to soak excess liquid from the body and pacify Kapha Dosha. Cinnamon and ginger are also well known in Ayurveda for pacifying Kapha in the body.
How to Make Baked Apple with Ginger and Cinnamon?
Take two apples and cut them in half. Remove the core from both the top and bottom of the apples.
Grease your apples well with the ghee and put them on a baking dish.
Next, toast ½ cup of chopped walnuts in an oven for 6-8 minutes (already preheated at 350 degrees). Once they are toasted, let them cool down for some time.
Now, add two teaspoons of ghee, one tablespoon of raisins, two tablespoons of maple syrup, 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder, one teaspoon of minced ginger, toasted walnuts, and a pinch each of nutmeg, allspice and salt into a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well and fill all the apples with the mixture.
Cover the apples with foil and bake them for 10 minutes. Next, remove the foil and continue baking the apples for another 4-5 minutes till they become soft.
