Baked Pear Chutney

Ingredients

  • 6 medium pears, peeled cored and quartered

  • ½ cup cranberries

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon lemon rind, grated

  • ⅔ cup sugar

  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions

Steps -

  • Place ingredients in a greased baking dish and stir well.
  • Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.
