Ingredients

  • ½ oz. of marshmallow root

  • ½ oz. of Indian sarsaparilla

  • ½ oz. of basil leaves

  • ½ oz. of dried clove

  • ½ oz. of black peppercorn

Directions


  • Boil 2 quarts of water.
  • Add marshmallow root, Indian sarsaparilla, basil, clove and black peppercorn.
  • Sip this water during the day.
