Triphala and Honey

Take one teaspoon of Pippali powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, a little bit of ginger powder and one teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients in 1 cup of lukewarm water and have this concoction every day to promote lung health.

Carrot and Beetroot Juice
