With age, your hair tends to lose its natural colour and turn grey. However, some people may also start having grey hair at a young age, a condition known as premature greying of hair. It can develop due to many reasons, such as heredity, diseases like anaemia and thyroid, smoking, etc. According to Ayurveda, the root cause of premature greying of hair is an imbalance in the Vata-Pitta Dosha in the body.
