- Panch Phoron (1/2 teaspoon)
- Large onions (2)
- Ginger paste (1 ½ teaspoon)
- Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)
- Garam masala powder (1 teaspoon)
- Vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)
- Sugar (as needed)
Instructions:
- Place a pan on a medium flame and add water in it together with drumsticks. Let it come to a boil. Now, add salt to it along with turmeric powder. After the drumsticks have turned tender, place them in a separate bowl and set aside.
